I terminated the services of Tebogo Kutumela, an agent associated with Only Realty, after ongoing issues while he managed my Birch Acres property. He collected tenant deposits on my behalf and has refused to return them despite repeated requests. These funds are trust monies and do not belong to him. My follow-ups have been met with threatening responses, which is concerning. This conduct is unprofessional and *********.
