Ons Winkel Kempton Park. Look at the opening time on Maps that stated 08h00. Arrived there and on the door it stated 09h00. We try to help. Petrol, time wasted. I am really not happy this morning, Johan!

I always have a great experience when visiting Ons Winkel Florida. Except for all the most amazing things I have accumulated over the past few years going there, I think the thing that stands out the most is Yolandi, the manager's way to make every person that enters those doors feel special, she is awesome like that. She remembers people and tries to make everyone feel at home. Ons Winkel Florida would not be Ons Winkel Florida if it wasn't for her ability to make everyone feel seen and appreciated for supporting the store. And about the items for sale ranging from furniture, clothing, home accessories, crockery, appliances, toys, puzzles, and so much more. You can be sure that you will find something you need and then probably see like 10 other things you didn't know you needed. And the prices are so good. Not like some other charity shops that feel more like retail stores. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and check it out.

Was Horribly Belittled By (Yolandi) from Ons Winkel in Delarey Randburg. Donated wood revamped my house old cupboards was removed, donated all to Ons Winkel Delarey, seems she made a Fortune. Donated Brand new clothing , branded heels , visited after saw her wearing the brand new shoes I donated wasn't it meant to go on Shelves 🤷♀️ for Customers. Visited store last week , was terribly horribly Belittled By Yolandi, seems she only likes you when you're buying or donating further NO. Btw selling Pirate Dvds plenty. Isn't it ******* ? Donated Quality Money making products Defy Tumble Dryer, a Expensive Rug from Mr Price Home. Seems (Yolandi) has Jealousy for those who are better than her😅🙄. Visited once upon a time she had a BIG Blue Eye wonder who she hurt that time ?🤔😯😅

Today I phone the Sinoville branch regarding a price on an item and informed them that the asking price for the item was the item price brand new in 2013 (12 years ago). This mentioned she immediately jump on her high horse and ask must I ask more then. I tried to say that the items decrease in value as second hand goods. She immediately told me I do not have to shop at her place. I though Helpende Hand is there to assist but with a person this rude they can rather close the shop. Learn to talk to people. You get it as a donation and exploit people. No wonder the shop is overstocked due to prices set to high. I want an apology from Yvette

Today I phone the Sinoville branch regarding a price on an item and informed them that the asking price for the item was the item price brand new in 2013 (12 years ago). Spare yourself time dont visit Ons Winkel Silverton branch. Item had no price or tag on it, guy at counter (Frikkie) agreed to my offer of R250 for an item. Went to test it in my car found the item was faulty and took a video . Frikkie sent the video to owner and asked for better price than R250 since item is not working properly. Owner said no for better price on faulty item and also denied my R250 offer for which Frikkie already agreed on before testing the item. I phoned the owner directly telling her that Frikkie already agreed on my initial offer of R250 for which she told me to hand the phone to Frikkie. Frikkie then told the owner "listen this guy is a chancer" before she could say anything on the phone falsely accusing me in front of other customers in their shop for which she instructed him to sell the faulty item to me for R250 what he agreed on at start. Avoid doing business with this place and especially the guy Frikkie behind the counter who agrees to offers then going back on his word afterwards doing business with dishonesty and falsely calling people 'chancers' in front if his boss to avoid getting in trouble.

I needed to purchase a 2nd hand washing machine just to use until February, as my new one is being used by tenants at this point. My nephew found me one at Ons Winkel in Aston Manor which is a charity shop and a franchise of Solidarity. They guaranteed him that it worked and he immediately paid for it, either with his card or a direct transfer, which I then transferred the money back to him. Tuesday last week I went and collected it and was guaranteed that if it did not work I could return it. I arranged with Bergen’s appliances to collect my old one for spares and connect the one from Ons Winkel for me. The on switch lit up and put the soap and sta soft in and the water wouldn’t pump into the machine. The wash cycle dial also didn’t work. I returned the machine on the Thursday only to be told that seeing as though the money had been transferred into their bank account they couldn’t refund me. I then got hold of one of Solidarities directors only to be told that the payment would on be transferred to my account this coming week. (from the 16th onward). In the background my nephew was speaking to Johan Botha who is the owner and we requested they send the machine to Bergen’s to test and were told that the machines wiring and motor were broken. He was then told that the payment would have been made on Friday or yesterday. Apparently Johan was on leave. The fact that we live in an advanced technological age, the payment could have been made from anywhere in the world. I am highly disgusted at the professionalism not just of the owner but the staff too. I had to ask someone to assist me when I walked into the shop the first and second time

To whom ever els this may consern I trust this message finds you well. Never in my life have I experiance something like I experianced yesterday. This was such an enbarresment when my boyfriend and I went to this shop and browesed through the content a women came up to as complaining that my boyfriend had a runny knows. She insusted that he should go do something about it, shoked he told her he cant at the present moment. As we continuesed browsing she followed us in the shop and kept up harrasing us because of his runny nose. He told me that he would wait outside the shop for me not wanting this women following us around and herrowing him the entere time. At this point I left aswell since this is veru inappropriate. On departure she screamed at us that we are never welkome in her shop again and that we are banned from the premmeses. I feel this is very disrespecting and that a owner of a shop should not treat their costemers in a way as such. It is very conserning. If it happens to us ,it probebly happend to others. Kind regards.
