Excellent Customer Service

Have ordered numerous times online - alway happy with the prices as well as fast and efficient service. I have recently placed 2 seperate orders (my own stupidity) and paid twice for delivery costs. When I realised this, I contacted the owner and he gladly offered to combine my 2 orders into one and re-imburse the delivery fee of the second order!

Nice to start the New Year with great customer service like that.
