Ordered on 8 July and received in our KZN country town on 12 July. Excellent and efficient service. Pudo Courier service is also impressive - economical and efficient. I'm a happy customer!

This has been the worst service I have ever received from a company, I have placed and paid for an order the 11th of December 2021 understandably you do not work on weekends as per your trading hours on Google, I then had to ask for an invoice and a tracking number to be sent as this was not done, on the 14th of December 2021 after asking again for my tracking number and invoice did Pieter Aucamp reply to me stating that the order has been packed and that i will receive it the the next day as per the email from him where he stated the the courier service being used is Courier Guy which it was not as it was fast ways at this point I still have not received any tracking code, to my surprise no parcel had arrived on the 15th of December as per what Pieter had told me on an email, This has unsettled me Deeply as this was the first time I had placed an order from you and the level of customer service is disgusting from your side, I Called this morning to find out why my order has not been delivered and I was told oh it is out of their hands they can not assist me in any way possible I have to wait until the parcel shows up here sometime, I will also be Attaching the emails that you have sent to me where you have no Grammar nor any spelling abilities and 0 customer service as you do not care and have a bad attitude towards customers that are upset and upset within reason. I have the right to be upset and to fight as your customer service is non existing what so ever I will absolutely not recommend you to anyone.

I made an order and sent them an email to send to the correct address. They didnt make changes and when I call Lindi to say she need to make changes for a special delivery and I pay the difference she took the number of the person to contact but she never bothered to contact them. Their service is bad now if you want to be dissapointed use them.

I was a regular customer for Ontrack, where I used to order key rings on a monthly basis. It was always at least over 100 key rings. The last two months, I had been receiving my batch but roughly over 30 key rings were pushed in from the last two batches. (which means I paid for 30 duds) I sent in my recent order and I asked to please watch out for the next batch, as I don't want to receive 30 + key rings that already pushed in. (i put clients photographs in them) I place my order, paid.... waiting for a response, no response... i send a follow up email and Zandra's reply was: Couriers collecting today. No greeting, no apology...nothing. So very rude. I feel Zandra's customer service is shocking and she does not care about the poor quality of their products or keeping the a good reputation of the company name. Poor poor service and no professionalism from Zandra Jonker. You can read the rest of our conversation: Hi Zandra Please see the attached pop. I did leave a comment on the order.. Please can you make sure that the keyrings are not already pressed in. The last two orders were not a good quality as I had over 30 keyrings that were already pressed in. I needed to use them as the clients were coming to collect, so I had no choice but to sit and glue them, most frustrating. <p> I found Ontrack Supplies & Services online by chance early one morning, looking for last minute, personalised Christmas gifts. I submitted my design online, paid & approved the artwork. I had no expectation that it would arrive before Christmas, having ordered on Wednesday the 21st. To my utter amazement, I was notified by the very same afternoon, that my items were en route. They were delivered the very next morning. Unbelievable turnaround, great service & products. I will definitely use them again!</p>

I ordered a custom designed mug for my husbands birthday. Instead of sending me a mug with my newly created design, I have received a mug with the reprint of a previously ordered mug. Their response is deny deny deny. They refuse to reprint my mug with the design requested and also they refuse to refund me.<br> <br>
