We are are all aware that since the covid pandemic financially it is difficult for all South Africans to make ants meat, with the rising of food price, inflation and all. I am in arrears with my levies I couldn't afford to pay it so Agent Direct the complex agency handed me over to Oosthuysen Attorneys, however, I have never denied that I don't owe them and take full responsibility. Last year November I paid the current levies up to date and started from December to pay a small amount towards the arrears.
I received an sis on Saturday 22 March that my electricity will be disconnected on Monday 24 March I contacted the agency and according to her she cannot assist tried calling the lawyer phone just ringing so I sent a mail no one rep**** as I am confused I owe the agency R19k, the Attorneys R48k I don't know where payment is to be made and no one can advise.
My arrears was R19 000 that was handed over to the Attorneys today it is R48,000.00 plus so if we round the amount of to R50k, R30k is only for lawyers fee imagine I cannot afford the arrears on its own let alone the lawyer's fee.
My electricity has been switched off and I don't even know where to start as I could not get help when it was on.
