Terrible had it for a few years now since the 8th its been giving us an error message we called the guy tried to assist than said we must call an installer to change the dish outside to 60° now my chat is who is supposed to pay for that we had te very same problem last jan with the no channel error.. we keep Scanning. Terrible service agents are rude when you call whatsapp line doesn't work. Emailed numerous times no response. Terrible
