I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this provider, and unfortunately, it’s led me to cancel my service.
There has been constant back and forth with support just to resolve basic issues. In the past week alone, I’ve spent almost the same amount on additional purchases and top-ups as I do on the monthly contract itself, which completely defeats the purpose of having a contract in the first place.
To make matters worse, my SIM card suddenly stopped working and could no longer connect to the network. The SIM was not damaged or mishandled by me — it simply failed. Despite this, I was required to pay out of my own pocket for a SIM replacement, which I find unacceptable.
These ongoing issues have directly affected my ability to work and complete my schoolwork, as I rely heavily on stable internet access. The lack of reliability and the amount of time spent trying to resolve problems has made the service more of a liability than a solution.
Overall, the experience has been disappointing, and I’ve since moved to another provider. I would not recommend this service to anyone who depends on consistent, reliable connectivity for work or studies.
