I booked a flight with edream/opodo and paid for premium economy. When i received my ticket it showed 'economy'... It was extremely difficult to contact them. They use a robot and i could not speak to a real person. Then i got an email address from their UK operation and they constantly denied having given me an economy ticket whilst my bank a/c was debited for the highest price! . After many emails and their negative responses i cancelled the ticket and received the amount of the economy ticket less their 20% commission. My bank a/c was debited for the price of premium eco ticket but they constantly denied it. This shows a very dishonest company. Lots of promises but no support appart from their robots. A convenient way to avoid contact with clients.
