Their service is excellent, I took my car to in thier workshop and they did a wonderful work and also had to renew my disc, the took me the nearest post office

DO NOT RENT TO BUY A CAR FROM OPTIMAL AUTO BOKSBURG WITH PLANET42
Optimal Auto Boksburg and Planet42 run a rent to own ****. The vehicles are not roadworthy, they will break down around the corner from them, they "fix" the vehicles, just to break again the next day after you have waited 2-3 weeks for your car. Getting any assistance from Planet42 or this dealership is impossible and your account gets debited with the full amount every month, just don't go there. I will be returning their vehicle and then I'm done with this dealership and Planet42. Don't even bother trying to contact them, they do not respond.

Optimal Auto Boksburg and Planet42 run a rent to own ****. The vehicles are not roadworthy, they will break down around the corner from them, they "fix" the vehicles, just to break again the next day after you have waited 2-3 weeks for your car. Optimal Auto Boksburg
I purchased a bmw from Optimal Auto in September 2022. The Salesman was Vuyo. R9890 was added for Dekra Warrenty etc and R10000 for licencing, Dekra, registration and roadworthy. I was told by Vyuo that Once all is done, I will be refunded the difference between the actual cost and the R10000. I personally paid for the license, roadworthy and registration. Optimal Auto refunded me the amount but refuses to refund me the balance from the R10000 and will not disclose how it was made up. Be aware. It is not Planet42 but the dealers that are crooked.

Optimal Auto Boksburg

Optimal Auto working with planet 42 car SCAM
Please be aware of Optimal Auto Boksburg East Rand. They are working with Planet42. Salesman called Vuyo is the biggest Cornman there. But i have come to realize they all in this. The cars there is s**** and they force you into taking it pretending its good cars with lotts of empty promises. Once you raise your concerns they ignore you. As long as they have thier money. BE AWARE OF OPTIMAL AUTO they working with Planet42. Especially SALESMAN VUYO biggest cornman.

Optimal auto not caring for its clients
This dealership sold me a car it broke in 10 days from the day I collected it, now they are demanding me to pay for the repair that must happen on the car, it's been 25 days since they took back the car and no one is caring how I feel about this while thing

Refund | Ignorance
I have been asking for my refund for more than 2 days and yet the guy by the name of Moses keeps on telling me that it will be processed but yet is not happening... I keep on contacting him on the number but he ignores my calls and does not respond to my WhatsApp. Can someone please contact me and get my money refunded immediately as when I paid the money I didn’t have any hustles I paid in peace so I expect the refund to be quick and easy. I want my money as in like yesterday. If this is how you deal with customers... then u must be ready.
