<p>I have not received my medication for the past two months but optipharm has been deducting money from my medical aid, on following up i was told my prescription has expired and they couldn't send sms because they were changing system in January. They promised to dispatch it immediately but 4 days later i haven't received anything. I made a follow up again only to be told that there is no stock of my medication. I can die anytime from not taking medication but optipharm seemingly do not care.</p>

<p>Please can you kindly explain why this happened below (see emails that i have sent) and confirm if my deliveries will now be done to my home address.(see my emails that i sent to you)</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly disappointed at optipharm management for failing to reply to emails and the breach of confidentiality. You either do not care or you not the right supplier, as per our medical aid's recommendation, it is also the lack of the right people that explains why you will not be bothered about this incident and the fact that you not even attending to it, is a true reflection of the management of Optipharm, no one is taking any responsibility. and on top of the incident sent via email, no one bothers to reply emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to find out why this happened , why my medicines were just dumped at our medical station, i did not arrange this with you. My medicines should have been delivered to me directly.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE CONFIRM DELIVERY OF MEDICINES TO MY HOME ADDRESS NOW, YOU HAVE TRULY LET ME DOWN.</p> <p> </p>

<p>It took about two months for new script to be loaded on the system amd get the medication delivered. Eventually the medication was delivered on the 22 Dec 2016 which can only last a month. On the 16 Jan 2017 I made a call to find out out abt the next delivery and I ws promised friday the 20th. Friday came and passed without delivery and when I followed up I ws told an urgent delivery will be made on monday 23rd. Today my meds cannot be delivered because there the script was not loaded by dischem. I took my last tablets last night. So ths morning I could nt take any medication amd there is still no confirmation that tomorrow delivery will take place</p>

<p>I'm 11 January I faxed both the script and bloods tests as per requirement for medication renewal, to date it is not actioned. I have followed up with emails advising them of the fax number from which both were faxed from. To date Medihelp has not authorised my renewal meds for 2017 due to this. </p>

<p>I have sent a prescription last Friday (06/01/2017) of my chronic medication and to date I have not received my medication. I have been strugling for the past few days to speak to someone from them and finally now got hold of their call centre agent who says the script was only uploaded to they system this morning (13/01/2017). I suggested if I can come to collect my medication but the answer was no as they don't have a walk in channel. </p>
