Order at your own risk

I ordered two union t-shirts and made payment on Saturday the 13th of December. They told me that my order will be dispatched the following week. On that day we were chatting on WhatsApp until late and the person I was chatting to was very responsive. Now a week and a few days have passed and sometimes when I text my messages go unanswered. I constantly have to be the one doing the running around behind them.
