Scam company - Oracle7

An advert was received advertising a Secretarial course for R8,999. After booking and paying (full payment required upfront), no other info was received regarding the course. Days went by and after numerous emails and calls to the contact they kept "postponing" it but never got back to me with a date. They advertise that the courses are held at Hilton hotel, Cape Town, and the employees confirmed that the company does indeed have conferences there but no booking was made for the dates advertised.

Emails come from a different person each time .....@oracle7, or have the name ashweb in it.

I never had any other responses from the course organisers, and every time an email was received to my queries there was a different name attached. No confirmation of the address for the company can be located, and ultimately I did not get to go on the course and had paid R8999 for nothing.

Either this is a scam company or someone else is using their name and conducting fraudulent activities under that name.
