I bought a fresh cream 2 days ago. It wasn't my first choice but I chose it as a backup in my pnp order since almost all the fresh cream brands I normally use was sold out. I was preparing a dessert for tomorrow and when I opened the cream, the smell was putrid. The smell was literally like barf. It had a layer of thick cream at the top and water that stunk at the bottom. So gross! Yes, I checked the expiration date and the cream still had some time on it and it was never opened until today. First and last time purchasing your products.

I love dairy products especially the creamy ones. I had stopped buying maas since they use to be sour and have less cream or no cream at all, but after trying Insengwakazi from Orange Grove, I have never been disappointed. I can only buy it or no maas at all. And your yoghurts, they are tasty. You guys no your story and don't customer's for granted. I am based in Durban thats where I normally buy their products

Purchased Long Life Milk cartons with use by date Feb 2023. Milk tastes and smells very strange and pungent, although it does not seem to be off/sour. Would not purchase this product again.

Purchased the Orange Grove fresh cream 1L yesterday (01/06/2022) from Pick n Pay Newcastle Town. Upon opening the bottle today, I noticed it was only 3/4 full!

I purchased 2 x 2L Orange Grove Dairy Milk inDecember 2021. I called in to complain that the milk has turned bad on 29.12.2021 although the expiry date was 30.12.2021. I was told that someone will come in to fetch the milk and replace it. I was asked to keep the rotten milk in my fridge until someone comes in. I called on several occasions during the past 2 weeks and nothinghas transpired to date. How does Orange Grove Dairy expect me too keep the milk for so long, knowing it is gone bad?? This is unacceptable coming from a well known brand.

I have purchased fresh cream to make dessert for my upcoming birthday, but this product has gone off before the expiry date. I have tried calling the number on their product several times but it is constantly engaged. Not a happy customer
