<p>I bought a Nexus 5X cellphone from Orange in July. Soon after, I found some hardware issues, and sent it for repair. They returned it to me unfixed. I then contacted them, and they told me they will replace it. The sent FedEx to collect the phone, and said that they would replace it. I have since moved from that address, and I need to contact them to ship it to a new address. They have removed all contact methods from their website, they refer me to another number, which tells me to contact them using the number on the website, which is no longer there. They apparently have closed down, and I have no way of knowing if i will ever recieve my device, and how i will tell them my new address.</p> <p>Unbelievably terrible customer service, and not returning my device could even be theft.</p>
