I don't like being lied to!!!

<p>Last week i purchased a phone through your SA website , payment was made via EFT into your Nedbank account and the money was received but, because the updates on the progress of the transaction is non-existent, i queried the transaction and was told the item will now be shipped from Europe - this is DEFINATELY NOT ON.</p> <p>You mention on your website that YOU carry stock and that, once payment has been receiveid, it will be sent from Johannesburg via courier and that i could expect it within 8 days- i live in Centurion.</p> <p>Now i will probably have to wait weeks for it to arrive from Europe - my excitement with this purchase has now changed to doubt and dismay, not to mention the stress you have put me under.</p>
