I'm not happy about the quality that lewis sells to us

I bought wardrobe and a chest of drawers and in less than a year they were broken I ,went to the shop numerous times to complain but no luck I contacted their head office still no change I also bought a laptop and on arrival it was broken they took it back it's going to be two months that I am paying so something I don't have.
