The only service this firm can offer is rudeness. Hana from the service department is the rudest individual that I have ever dealt with in a service department while Francois her boss makes it very clear that he does not care that his staff is rude and he tries to make a yoke out of you. When you ask to speak to the owner he tells you that he is not in, when you ask that the owner must call you he tells you the owner is dead. Afterward, I get a call from a lady called Pilana , I still don't understand what the objective was of her call as she had no interest to assist me with my broken fridge. The thing that confuses me most is that companies like Samsung appoint Ocra to deal with their customers. They spent a fortune to get us to buy their products and then they appoint a company like Ocra to be rude and provide poor service to their clients. Makes no sense and my Samsung fridge remains broken. Perhaps the problem is not Ocra but Samsung in appointing Ocra as the service provider.

They repaired out washing machine. Very disappointing and unreliable. Time waster and instead of 12 month guaranty, as agreed on the phone, just 3 month in the end! Sure there are better repair shops out there.

Phoned before 9h00 for call out tot fix broken fridge. Technician confirmed 14h00 appointment. After 14h00 I phoned office 4 times to find out where technician was. Each time they confirmed that he is ons his way. Received call after 17h00 that he was sorry for not coming out tot me.

Their customer service is appalling. Total lack of communication and little to no email response. My fridge was collected in July. It is more than 2 months later and hopefully it will be delivered today but I have been promised this a few times already so who knows! I paid for the repairs in July so I am not a bad paying customer. I would have been understanding had they kept in contact and told me what the hold up was but NOT A WORD from them. I am a patient person but this is just ridiculous. I will never use them again and will certainly not recommend their services. In fact I will go as far as telling people not to use them should it come up in conversation.

It is more than 2 months later and hopefully it will be delivered today but I have been promised this a few times already so who knows! <p>Several weeks ago, my manager contacted Orca looking for a wheel for the LG fridge. He phoned several times, all with the same excuse, that he must contact LG themselves. LG couldnt help either. This past week, my boss started phoning, hoping to get a better response. with no luck. The first time he contacted them, he spoke to a female manager, which said she would get back to him, she never did. After consulting a family friend in this regard, the family friend then phoned and got an answer from the female manager, and he got an answer, and phoned my boss saying that she does have stock. My boss then phoned again, then she said they have, that she would speak to her technician about a price, and again she never got back to him. this went on for a few days, everytime she never got back to him. The next excuse was that her techinician was not in, then he was off sick, which we understand, but at least phone a customer back and let them know. Yesterday, my boss phoned again, she promised to phone back this morning before 10am. At 10:30am this morning, my boss phoned her manager and complained about the service that he was receiving. 5 minutes after he finished his call with her manager, she phones saying that there is no stock. Going from having stock, to trying to find out the price (which she should be able to give if the first place), to not having stock. This seemed to be just another excuse, to get out of doing her job. We are highly dissappointed, and will never be going back to them again. They have no common decency to phone a customer back to inform them of what is happening, or how they trying to solve the customers problem </p>

You don’t keep your clients updated never returns calls and there is ALWAYS NO manager to speak to.</p> <p>I have spent hours on the phone making calls to check status of my repairs . <p>My speedqueen washing machine broke and i logged a call with Orca Electrical as i have dealt with Sias for many years......what a disappointment when the replaced the belt for R1500 cost to me....only for the machine to break 2 weeks later again.</p> <p>They should not offer a guaratee or warrantee on their repairs if they dont plan to follow through. I have been waiting for 3 months now for assistance from them to resolve....still no quote received. I have given up on their after sales service which is non existant...its like they dont care! I resorted to buying myself a second hand washing washing off gumtree today as its just not worth the inconvenience or the stress to keeo fighting with them for non existing service. Very sad that as a company expands their client service dissolves.</p>
