bad service and wifi

very bad wifi company struggling with my wifi for 2 months and nothing but at the end of the month you must pay and then they tell you do a speed test and you cannot even do it because if the wifi being slow i have a 10mbps line one day i do a speed test and it whas1.18mbps i have contact them and nothing still struggling i even have to ask every time what is wrong very bad company if you want to have wifi look further then orca....
