Never let Orcacon do your alterations
It was an absolute disaster dealing with the owner of Orcacon. Firstly no comprehensive quote was done and he supplied a price per sqm only and no detail to what the cost of everything would be. He just kept adding stuff that wasnt in his original quote. He charged R6000 for a sliding door that cost R3200 at builders. After the building was finished, we installed solar power. The electrician discovered the pathetic electrical connections hidden in the roof. His words was, this house will burn down. Please don't trust the owner of this company.
