Greencat

I ordered natural ingredients diet capsules from Greencat. I received the capsules in 3 see through plastic packet, which you could open and reseal again. No direction for use, no contra indications or any ingredients. I was told to go in the website for those details and due to Covid the capsules were not in sealed containers. This is shocking, how can one be expected to take these capsules without them being in sealed containers with the information on them. I have a photo of the capsules, should this be required. On 12 Oct the capsules were returned to Greencat with a no refund policy. My argument is when one spends over R2000 for these capsules, surely they should arrive with a courier in sealed containers. I’m horrified that they now want to put the same pills in sealed containers and send them back to me, why was this not done correctly in the first place and would you now take these pills back.
