Shocking after service

I would have given them a One star, if it wasn't for the prompt pick up and delivery of my vehicle.

Upon return, the driver didn't present the form to sign off the car. Only a day later, I saw 3 noticeable dents on the right side. I informed the company, and took the owner almost a week to respond (after I checked in again with them).

He said they're not taking responsibility for it, as I signed a waiver (fine print on the form) that they don't take responsibility for whatsoever damage done to the car.

Please be warned, although they're not a scam, their attitude towards handling this kind of situations is appalling. You might get your car back in the same condition, but if not just know any damage is for your own cost.

Note that there are other companies that don't have this waiver, and cover your car whilst in their possession.
