On my visit to Osbro tembisa( Mayibuye) I intended to purchase a kettle, but I was met with a series of frustrating interactions with the staff. I was informed that I could not open the box to view the item, and there were no display models available for inspection. When I requested that a staff member open the box for me, I was met with rudeness . The staff member questioned my request, stating that what was in the box would be the same as what was shown in the picture. The situation escalated when he indicated that I was a "difficult customer" and called over another staff member. This second employee further insulted me by suggesting that I believed myself to be superior to others and accused me of not treating people with respect. This exchange occurred in front of other customers, which added to my embarrassment and frustration. And i noticed that the staff members did not have name tags, which further contributed to the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed during my visit. The service I experienced was unacceptable and does not reflect well on your store's reputation. I strongly urge you to address these issues with your team to ensure that future customers receive the respectful and helpful service they deserve. Due to this encounter, I will not be recommending osbro Tembisa to anyone.

I was billed twice in that store on Monday (2024.11.18). This happened after I told the teller that money was deducted from my account. She forced me to pay again and she said one payment will be reversed. When I went to that shop the following day I was told to spend money to gain money. Now I feel ******.

I been to the JHB branch to purchase toys , Most of the toys they sell is damaged stock , cant even be gifted , boxes are damaged, torn and full of dust They are selling these toys at high prices The floor management that walks around the shop floor is completely useless , they treat you in a manner if you owe them something and the staff at the till is arrogant, when I was at the till to pay for the few toys that is decent enough to buy , they asked me in a rude manner if I want to pay? I don't know how businesses like this are still in operation these days. Osbro is a money hungry business , don't expect to get value for money or client service when you go there

Good morning I have been supporting Osbro for years spending R5000 Guaranteed every Month I went to Osbro commissioner in Jhb CBD to buy a box of mugs but I didn’t get them and their service was the best , They called Osbro in Pretoria because in the system it show But in Pretoria they refused to sell to me because apparently I’m not their customer in Pretoria I really thought Osbro is working as professionals. Not the best experience. No customer service at all even after purchasing an item from them they will go for days without responding. Next Courier Guy had to let me know the driver was turned back and told to come back next day which is quite unprofessional as Osbro told me the order was complete. Prices not bad if u prepared to get crickets and no support

I placed an online order with an instant full payment; I got charged for delivery meanwhile their website highlighted "free delivery for the value of the purchase". I was later on contacted by their agent to be told that the purchased items were out of stock (while they had available stock on their website). I was advised by their manager to file for a refund which I did. 2nd week now, still no refund processed, the only help I receive is one excuse after another. It seems like they didn't endorse their technical errors at all by displaying a " I don't care attitude". A lady in the name of Sharmilla texted me saying: " your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the Proof Of Delivery."... Laughter: proof of delivery of the item which was out of stock. What a disappointment !!!!!!!!!

I bought a steel ironing board in march for R315.00 from Osbro Evaton Mall. To my surprise the ironing board broke. When I took it back. I was told to bring a slip, when I told them I don't have it anymore. The refused to take it back or exchange it. I'm so disappointed I will never buy anything from the
