Ottimo Products Bad Quality

I will never ever buy any shape or form of appliance that has the word Ottimo on it! We got an Ottimo microwave as a gift in 2019. The bottom of the microwave has a strip saying that you need to wipe down the microwave after each use, which we did each and every time with great care, even though it took a lot of time and effort. However, the paint started chipping off quite soon after we started using it and in less than a year it started rusting badly and then caught fire. We definitely could not use it after that. I honestly think it is really bad quality and a microwave should not rust in the first place. I brought it to their attention through Checkers customer services, which was good service, but the supplier refused to replace the microwave because unfortunately I waited too long to complain. And it's not the first time that their products don't t last. Ottimo products suck and they don't even deserve one star!
