Frauds and thieves
<p>Danny Matias is a thief and a fraud. He takes your money and then purchases the previous clients items and tells you that your items are on their way. The items that are in the shop do not belong to danny and are often other clients items that he uses to full the shop. He has NO BROAD KNWOLEDGE OF ANYTHING RC he is a criminal and a deserves to be treated that way, If i ccould somehow warn people i really would and highly suggest that you take your business elsewhere. If you are looking to learn how to be a thief and a fraud please consult danny.</p>

All talk. No action. All promises. No results
<p>Danny is someone I considered a friend. I asked him if he was interested in buy my helicopter as I was in a money jam. He said yes. We agreed on a price of R6k. Which was then changed to R5k. After a long effort on my end. I managed to get R3k out of him. This was several months ago and as for the balance of my money. Who knows. He told me some long story about having to buy other parts and some other rubish for over R2k to get my HELI working. This is total ****. He looked at it and we agreed on a price. If he did something. Or had to replace or fix. That is not my problem. I want the balance of what he owes me. He also has a complete TREX 450 in a case. With other parts and a DX7 controller which also belong to me which I want returned. If not. He will need to cover those costs. I never thought I was going to get played and I did. A friend. And he ****s me around like he has. Next week I am going to lay charges against Outrage Rc. I am also going to see what to consumer protection act has on these kind matters. Danny has blocked in on WhatsApp comms and has not made any attempt to pay me or return my property. I am left with little other options. Very disappointing </p>

No Delivery, no refund only excuses and empty talks
<p>Placing an order for a new battery and set of blade for the Inspire one thatw as sold by him.</p> <p>The ordershould have taken 2 days, after all the excuses and 2 months I have not yet received the items fully paid in advance to teh amount of 4,500 Rand.</p> <p>He did failed to issues a receipt that is also an offence of the Southafria Revenue Authority</p> <p>Clearly looking at the review this is normal operation</p> <p>I will move it to consumer protection for advice and keep callig him till he will refund me.</p> <p> </p>

Great service and reliability
I bought a high end Electric rc car (HPI 1/8th scale Ken Block replica) from Outrage RC and the service was great as he advised me on what LiPo battery works best and which charger will ensure my battery keeps working well. I then crashes the car into a wall and bent the front shock after which I returned to the shop and was assisted very quickly. He checked and had the shock bent back and replaced some ball joints that had snapped off. Very helpful and great experience. Will definitely be going back. He also offered me a slower battery in case the lipo system was too fast and I have to admit the speed did catch me by surprise. All back to working order now!

Bad quality
having bought a r6 quadcopter from oitrage on the 22nd of august 2015,in the first week one of the motors packed up,i took it back and they replaced the motor at a charge,after getting it back it worked for a few days then wouldnt fly anymore,again i took it back,they fissled with it and said it was working,eveen though when they tested it in the shop danny crashed it twice,got back home and it still didnt work,took it back,it then took 6 weeks to get a replacement from them,they gave me a x11c replacement,after 2 days flying it one of the rotoe gears just broke,again i went back and asked for the spares,was told by danny that he would deliver the quadcopter with the spares,this never happened,went to collect it tiday the 27/11/15 andwhen i complained about there service ssanny told me to take my quad ad fuck off abd to never come back,bo idea where to get spares bow,So in short they seem to sell dodgy products,never return your phone calls and give you abuse when you complain,Please do not support this hobby shop
