Worst Place to Rent

Worst place to rent. Management is terrible. The flats are not at great standard. At the Southernwood Square branch, little rain the flat is already flooding with water and when you talk to the management they don't care because they are not affected.

Multiple times my bed gets damaged by the water and nothing is being done. They charge extra and when you want refund they never give. I've been waiting for mine for 7 months and counting. The outside looks promising, come inside the flats, yhoooo!

Advice to others : If you can afford to rent somewhere else, do yourself a favor and rent somewhere. Own Haven is definitely not a place to rent. You will regret it.
