Terrible, terrible service. I ordered from them back then and everything went smooth. But these days, nothing works. I placed another order trusting them based on previous experience but this time around, there was no delivery and no communication. The last thing they sent was an invoice with an ETA but then they went AWOL. Never order from this company at all. They have poor delivery and I feel like they've just turned into ****mers.

Once a legitimate medical supply company, now a total ***** and ****. I had purchased successfully from Oxyraider at the beginning of this year and thus returned as a customer 2 weeks ago. I made payment via their site and received a confirmation email of my order but since then nothing. I called all numbers listed but they are all disconnected. I sent them a whatsapp message on their advertised whatsapp line - they read the message and did not reply. I tried calling that number only to have the call declined. I sent an email to the advertised support address but have not received any feedback. The business clearly has been discontinued yet they continue to take payment via their site. This is a pure **** - stay away!

ordering from this business leaves you frustrated and wondering if you have been ****med, I purchased a medical machine for over R11000-00 , did the payment, and waited the 3 to 5 days advertised as their delivery period. After 6 days nothing arrived and upon enquiring about the whereabouts of my purchase, i was informed that delivery takes two to three weeks. Subsequent follow-up's via phone and e-mail revealed no results,,,,

Had placed an order on the 22 April 2023. (Immediate payment). Had emailed 27 April 2023, enquiring about the order. No response, on enquiry. Called head office on 2 May 2023,spoke to a man(let's not mention names) who promised to call me back with a response on why the order had been delayed. Had to call back as I received no response,just to have a lady tell me my order will only probably be delivered by this Thursday . It is pretty disappointing to think that a company selling medical supplies, service can be this terrible. I wouldn't recommend using them as a supplier.

Do NOT use this company for Medical related products !!! As Medical Practitioner I placed and paid for an order on17/02/2023. Delivery claims of 3-5 working days stated. Phoned 21/02/2023 to enquire whereabouts and was told item was in Cape Town and I should receive it by today ( 24/02/2023 ). Enquired again today only to be told that item is in Cape Town and that they should receive item today OR Monday in Gauteng. But I live in Garden Route area !!! That means I should only receive by 03/03/2023. There was NO explanation offered and apathy in the order of the day.

I had an ailing mother who needed an electric homecare bed. Having been through this companys website, I saw an ideal bed available with delivery timescales of 1-3 days. I made payment of R18100 immediately. The company received funds within 3 hours. The next day, when following up on delivery, I was notified that they will only deliver in 8-10 weeks. Upset, I asked them to cancel and refund my money so that I can purchase the bed from another supplier. This all happened on Tuesday 14 of Dec. I still haven't received my refund. The company states that the refund takes 2-3 days!!!???? This is day 3 and nothing. Besides, why do I need to wait days for my money when I paid them in a space of hours??? Right now I have a critical patient who doesn't have the bed she needs! So disappointed!
