This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with panel beaters
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with panel beaters. It took almost two months to complete a small repair. When I collected my car, part of the paint was still wet, and parts that were meant to be replaced hadn’t even been ordered, (the part which was a full unit was available from the manufacturers). My car was returned unfinished."

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with panel beaters. It took almost two months to complete a small repair. When I collected my car, part of the paint was still wet, and parts that were meant to be replaced hadn’t even been ordered, (the part which was a full unit was available from the manufacturers). My car was returned unfinished."

Mom bumped my car on the right side and I took it to Olympic panelbeaters, great job was done. With the rains we have been having I realised the back left carpet has been flooding, tried to check could not see where the water was going in. So I also asked them to check it for me, only to find it's a ****y job done by Tugela panelbeaters after I paid R11800 access with Budgets insurance.Not only did they find that, only to find the fender was not tighten correct that's why the car had funny sounds when driving and lights were loose. This is a 2023 November car, had an accident December 2023 on the N3 and it was taken to Tugela panelbeaters it was there from December 2023 till May 2024 with me nagging and complaining on call asking for updates since I live in Johannesburg.While my app of the tracker showed car has not moved weeks,meaning no work was done. Fight with insurance (Budget) and Tugela panelbeaters with my own airtime finally got them doing something and got my car back. It really sounded like an old car till today. Thank you so much Olympic panelbeaters would rate you 100 stars, car looks and feels new and some of the job was done for free since it's things they picked up as they were fixing the car.❤️❤️

Delay after Delay with no communication.
These guys have had my car since January. I received an email from them informing me that my car has been booked for the 15th January 2024. On the 26th of January I ask them what is the status of my vehicle, they say they havent received authorisation on to work on the car. Fine I cc my insurance that gets sorted out they send everything to them and CC me in the mails. On the 5th of Feb i ask again , what is the status on my vehicle, I dont get a response on my emails. Later i get an whatsapp message saying "Good day sir, please note we have just recieved the updated authorisation for your vehicle, we are currently awaiting for parts to arrive,regards". I ask them how bevcause this was resolved 10 days ago , they proceed to say "we recieved the updated auth an hour ago". Later in the week I ask them again about the status of my car, till today they still waiting for parts that are for some reason always going to arrive in two days from the day you ask. Mind you this whole process started 22nd of December and I was told it would take a 10 working days.

Unsatisfied even before work
Not a good service, no good communication. Admin people are really very scatter brained and everyone has to look for everything and you have to hold the phone for quite some time. My claim is being delayed with a week due to a negligent admin lady. Is this how we do business now? Is this the type of service we can expect? How thorough will the actual work on my vehicle be then if the front end is more like dogs back side?

First time experience with panel beaters
It is the friendliest, most helpful group of people I had to work with in a long time. They assisted with a terribly slow insurance claim, going beyond and above their duty to me to get the claim processed and my vehicle back to me. When they could not find parts in the country from the manufacturers dealers, they sourced it from other suppliers. The vehicle came back to me in a pristine condition. Thank you Olympic,

Disgusted in the service received.
Our vehicle had a body issue with our steering rack that thorn out of the firewall. For this to be fixed/welded the engine must have been taken out. We have a checklist of when we booked the vehicle in that there are no problems with the engine but the body. After 2 weeks and no communication from them, we were told the vehicle went to a brake doctor we were never aware of this only when they said we can fetch the vehicle they are done but we got there and now we had engine problems. And then we were told the vehicle has to go BACK to the brake doctor we were NOT told that the vehicle left their premises and the brake doctor is an uncredited'mechanic' rather would say a s****yard by the looks of it. They then said they are going to get AA to inspect the vehicle to determine who caused the engine damages and that we have to pay for it. Today we had to pay the full amount to get our vehicle back in a very bad state we are definitely not done with these people they are highly unprofessional and uncommunicative. They are a bunch of amateurs please avoid this place for your own good.

Olympic Panel beaters- Liars and Negligent
All, Please never ever take your car to Olympic Panel beaters in Germiston. They are frauds, liars and negligent. I took my car for repairs as per Outsurance claims. They promised that I would have my vehicle in 10days. That never happened. They broke my windscreen and denied it, despite providing proof. They need to be removed as an approved Panel beaters by the Insurance fraternity. I am disgusted!!!!
