Bought a tent and two camping chairs online to the amount of R7500. Received a tracking number from courier but the courier was given no package on collection, after which OZtrail cancelled the courier all together. No communication. After phoning the support line and querying the status, it was said that they were waiting for the warehouse. More than 10 phone calls and three days later, no resolution was provided. The last calls remains unanswered as “caller not currently available”. Next step would be to report this to my bank and the police.

Oztrailstore.co.za Worst customer service ever......even when you purchase online you ask a question no one replies ....they dont even have one single telephone number on the site.....so you are left sending emails....with no reply....eventualy after days they will tell you .....they will find out from their supplier if they can honour their warranty....I spent over R6000 rand used the gazebo twice and the frame broke......absolute poor quality.....dont waste your money...they have zero but zero care for their customers.

I recently bought a gazebo accessory from your online store. I paid $15.00 for Delivery. The delivery came when I was not home and a card was left. That's fair enough but it could have been left in a safe place - there are plenty on my veranda or it could have c=gone to my local post office less than 5 minute away and open on Saturdays. However Star Trek took it back to their depot 15 minutes away from my home and only open 9-5 m-f. I could not arrange another delivery and when I did go to pick up the item I had to park my car and walk in cold weather to the security building. There waited outside for them to call through to find the item and then wait for them to walk it over from the storage sheds to the security office. I am letting you know this so that you might decided to use a courier that is suitable for home deliveries and not inconvenience customers who have paid for delivery, I would be very unlikely to purchase from your store again due to my experience.

Bought two camping chairs from them during Black Friday sale of 2023. After hardly being used one of them broke in January 2024. I sent an email right away to them with a photo of the problem. After not hearing from them after 3 days I sent another email. After a week I still didn't hear from them and then had to phone. I was promised to get feedback the same day but guess what, I didn't hear from them. I had to make contact again after two days of waiting for a call. Eventually after two weeks since my first email the chair was collected for assessment. It is now two weeks since it has been collected and four weeks since I first logged a complaint, and I still haven't been informed of the outcome of the assessment. Oztrail doesn't communicate with their clients, if you don't contact them, they don't contact you. Their after sales service is non existing to say the least. Worst I've ever experienced.

Purchased a Oztrail tent online and purchase was facilitated by Brandhubb. Tent poles snapped and zip crumbled within days of using the tent, I contacted Brandhubb and requested to return the tent and get a full refund, eventually I was put onto Darren, store manager.. he advised that I needed to courier the tent back at my own cost, which I did. weeks turned into months and still no news. Darren continuously blames his warehouse and lines manager for the lack of feedback.. I want my refund! So effectively Brandhubb have my tent and my money.. that's DAYLIGHT *******!
