I have delivery guys from P&l Hardware KwaMhlanga delivering bricks. They hit my gate upon entering and the driver is now blaming me for it. I am not happy about the service I have received from P&l Hardware employee driver. I want my gate fixed

I had an amazing experience at Meadowpoint P&L store. My first point of contact was Victor. He gave me advice on the products I needed for my bathroom renovation took he time to understand what I was looking for he made the whole experience great 😃 I had an idea of what I was looking for but he painted a clear picture. Lastly Prince the manager who was on shift didn't notice take offence to my requests and ensured I get the service I asked for. Keep up the good work.

poor services at this hardware, i went to by IBR roofing and a person named Jahman refused to help with loading, i had to assist one guy and ended up cutting my self, and he refused Infront of the manager which ddnt care.

P&L Louis Trichardt please can you explain to me why on the documents it says refund is within 72 hours but when you actually ask for refund you are told 7-10 working days. they receiver all documents required. Can you guys refund me. 08.03.2023 all documents were received please can you advice when i will get my money back

I bought material worth of R10670 last month and their service was very poor and they still owe me but everytime when i go ro their store they always tell stories. I dont think i can recomment other people to go and buy at the shop since they only care when you go and give them money but they dnt value people s money. The staff are well trained to lie to customers. I went to store to collect a meer R200 but there is always a story. They promised to call me today they never called how does one trust such people P&L hardware tembisa please stop lying to customer. Regards kwena

I have never in my life went to such poor customers serviced store...lack of service.. The unwillingness to assist... I went to a store at katlehong on the 12 looking for PVC ceiling and I stood there for atleast 10 minutes without getting any help...how you display things that you don't have in stock still shock me..I wanted cornice 3 packets ..while packaging stated value pack I was told they are priced individually when I asked y on the packaging they wrote value pack no one could answer me...which lead me to think that really this hardware is taking advantage of us..why are we serviced by you're tellers sitting down while we customers have to wait for more than an hour. You have many staff members I don't know why the manager doesn't delegate as the staff wants to be at the front all of them of which to me that doesn't make sense. They way we as customers are treated and to top it all the lack of information regarding products that you are selling is shockingly. How can you run a business without making sure we as the customers are assisted by some one that can actual be able to answer just basic info regarding what we want to buy.. I am no longer going to support this business because you actually don't Care about you're customers.
