PROVIDENT FUND CLAIM

<p>Hello Peter. I worked for Pack 'n Stack under Simba from 2006 to 2010 if im not mistaken. I left because i got sick and couldnt work anymore. Last November I phoned their Head Office and spoke to Anna-Marie who said she would call in a week since she was still very busy with something. A week later i phoned again and she captured my details again and said she would call back but didnt. I waited for another week and called again and asked to speak to her and was told she was not available and was put through to one other lady at the HR department and told me to speak/call Xolile Mabuza and I did. At this point i felt like i was being sent from post to pillar and still hadnt gotten assistance. Still in December Xolile captured my information like the rest of them did and told me he was going to call agian but didnt. Sometimes i would call and be told he is either not availabale, on a call, has gone home or in a meeting and all these times he never got back to me.  On the 9th January the receptionist gave me Xolile's email address as she couldnt give me his direct number and on the 11th i sent him an email with all the information he would need but he never called back. Frustration grew on me and after a while he replied on the email asking me to complete the Alexaner Forbes form on the 17th and i sent it back to him on the 20th. Last week i decided to just call Alexander Forbes and find out the status of my claim and was told by Mduduzi the consultant there, that they have not received the documentation yet. I then decided to call Pack 'N Stack again to speak to Xolile Mabuza and he told me he sent it on the 20th Jan. When i phoned Alex Forbes again the lady i spoke to asked me to ask Xolile Mabuza to give me the name of the person he sent the email to and the email address and the date but he still hasnt done that as i am not able to get hold of him and he isnt replying to my emails. I am unemployed at this time and the bills are piling up and this claim would help in the house. Please help me get a response from this man and ask that he does this one thing he needs to do.</p>
