Excellent Service and Support
I ordered two small neoprene pump seals for my two Coleman lamps on Tuesday afternoon. Cost of parts was far less than the courier cost, however, the parts were essential and I placed the order. I was continuously communicated the status of the order and courier progress. Package received early on Thursday and I was pleasantly surprised that they had doubled the number of seals supp****, at no cost, but had included a free gift to compensate for the courier cost , which is outside their control. Iin future, I will go out of my way to source parts and outdoor requirements from them - top class customer service. Thank you !

Excellent Service and Support

Coleman lamp parts
I ordered parts for my Coleman Paraffin lamp and received my order within one week. Excellent experience from ordering the parts to receiving them. Will buy from PackRat again. Keep up the excellent customer service.

Good and Prompt Service and Delivery
Good and Prompt Service and Delivery, package arrived on time and i am happy with the product, i am -1 star because the packaging for my item was really bruised and busted and was actually open, luckily no damage to the leatherman though and it seems fine. Not sure if the package got damaged on the way here and it was the couriers fault or if it was a already sent that way. I am expecting it was the former. Anyways i am pleased with PackRat :)

Fantastic Service from start to finish.
We found Packrat online while hunting for spares for our Maglite. Their service was fantastic. Hassle free payment and delivery when promised. Cannot ask for more from and online delivery store. Will definitely make use of them again in the future.
