I would like to comment my daughters trip to Sorbet Paddocks. She has just turned 17 and is a regular client of the salon. In the month of her birthday (June), she received an SMS offering her a 50%discount on a treatment. She booked a gel pedi. On completion of the treatment she was told that because she hadn’t registered she couldn’t get the discount ( but she received the SMS so how had she not registered?) they told her to register there at the till which she started doing. THEN, when they saw that she wasn’t 18, she was told that she didn’t qualify for the discount! R540 of her birthday money spent when it should only have been R270. TOTAL misrepresentation when she received notice of the discount. I will NEVER support them again!!

On Sunday the 1st of June myself and my family went out to your horrible centre you call a mall. Everywhere we had been walking water was just lying on the floor due to roof leaks. I took a picture of a jewellery store and couldn't even see inside the glass cabinet as it was fully covered with water leaking from the roof. It amazes me that management and security doesn't take charge and start mopping up water flooding and dripping all over the centre. Is this centre safe to enter and is there even a compliance certificate issued, my guess no? What are you about to do about this, only after a structure collapse and injures someone. Please try preventative maintenance like it should be. I will be taking this further with the fire chief and city engineers. You are receiving huge amounts of rentals from tennant's and your job is to make sure the centre is a safe place to be at. What a disgraceful place and mismanaged. Await your feedback soonest Quintin **********
