Words can not express how unprofessional this firm is. Unprofessionalism is always a matter of opinion in this case it is FACT. Kim Reid the attorney handling the matter for our erstwhile opponent has failed miserably to convey offers tabled. Then the absolute Cherry on Top she simply changes firms without notifying us and the matter potential settlement is in jeopardy. Her attitude is it is her former bosses challenge. What is telling is that her boss Juan who is a Director at the firm has zero care. I have all the correspondence in writing and would gladly share it with any interested party. Despite requesting in writing for Juan to call and sort the matter out i only get a frustrated call along the lines of "what is the urgency after hours" ..... It is worth noting that Kim Reid never disclosed to us that she was a candidate attorney. Representing a clients with everything to loose that should have been disclosed.
