We recently used this company to repair a pool. When the job was done we found that not all the repairs was dane as per quote. We then contacted Jaco and eventually he said he will fix it but we have to pay him an additional R8000 to do all the repairs. We paid the monies over to him and since then no one can get hold of him or anyone at at paint a pool. I will give him untill the end of business today 19/11/2024 to return the monies otherwise we will go the legal route to obrain it. Paint a Pool dishonest and misdiagnose issues
Completely dishonest, misdiagnosed the issue so that they can get paid R250000 and still the pool is leaking. Jaco the owner promised several times to come and fix the leak after we paid in full and to date, he has not arrived. In fact he disappeared now. Although they advertise 15year service certificate, we never received this. Simply dishonest company.

Poor pool repair job in Cape Town
Paintapool.co.za are not professional, they are chancers. I employed them to repair and paint my pool in Cape Town. The workers led by Jacko van wyk did a poor job. Despite full payment,they don’t respond to phone calls,yet they claim to guarantee their work for 10 years. Empty promises!! They left my place untidy and even stole my property! Employ them at your peril!! Further their web site if full of **** complimentary reviews!!

Poor pool repair job in Cape Town
Paintapool.co.za are not professional, they are chancers. I employed them to repair and paint my pool in Cape Town. The workers led by Jacko van wyk did a poor job. Despite full payment,they don’t respond to phone calls,yet they claim to guarantee their work for 10 years. Empty promises!! They left my place untidy and even stole my property! Paint A Pool - *****ulent Pool Business Alert - Claims to provide professional pool coating services but all they have done is the opposite whilst damaging property along the way. Contracted their services to rebuild and fibreline a damaged vinyl pool and to pave around the area, but all they have done is rebuild the pool and left it in its plastered form whilst cutting the plumbing to the existing pump and related equipment. Been 2 weeks without a trace. All we've heard are endless excuses and requests to extend the completion date and when asked to cancel and refund the deposit - absolute silence. Unprofessional, ********* and ****s on highest degree. Keep your money safe and go with someone else.
