No after sales service

No after sales service. Supposed 5 yr warranty. Contacted them in Jan 2025, came out, but was advised we had to pay. They never reverted with a quote. Upon following up, advised they do not have time for such small scale projects. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Where us the 5 yr warranty? No pride in workmanship any longer.
