I made a booking on the 14th evening of April. The booking was confirmed via email. I then made a telephonic confirmation with the receptionist at the Palala on the 15th of April. She confirmed that all is booked and amount will be debited upon arrival.
Today I am informed via EMAIL that my room was double booked. I am extremely disappointed, the managing director (Africa) Martin Oosthuizen, a very rude and condenscending man made me feel unwelcome and belittled.
