TERRIBLE SERVICE

An Absolute APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was involved in a speed violation case when taking a trip to the western cape in December 2018 as I live in KZN. I had been referred too Phatshoane Henney Attorneys for legal assistance, and almost 1 year has passed and nothing has been done regarding my case, my attorney that was appointed to my case does not respond to emails or phone calls. He has various other matters when i appear in court, i have been driving to BLOEMFONTEIN from DURBAN for many months now and to only find out that my case is pending further investigation. not only bearing the cost of travel and accommodation for this ordeal but the risks involved and the absence from my work. trying to get ahold of the attorneys or for any feedback or follow ups are virtually IMPOSSIBLE! TERRIBLE SERVICE CLEARLY THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND THEIR NEEDS!
