UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR BY THE ATTORNEY AND THE LAW FIRM

I was referred by a friend to Phatsoane Henney Attorneys. The attorney that was appointed to handle the matter ignores the calls, whatsapp, sms . When I want to hear the development and progress of the case he sends me pillar to post. He was always busy attending other matters. I even went to their offices to lay a complaint but, my effort were in vein. He sent me candidate attorney for appearances just for postponement of court date.Everytime when I'm appearing I wonder who is showing up because doesn't communicate with me.He dragged the case for a year without any valid reasons. What hurt me most is that after he milked me for a year. he withdraw from a case said I can sort my self out and want my self another attorney he is no longer working for that law firm. I found his conduct very unprofessional and unethical.
