SCAMMERS

Total SCAMMERS, I purchased an item from them i was told it would be delivered in 7 working day, I waited and nothing. I sent a WhatsApp and they told me I would receive it the next Monday and I said okay, then Monday came I asked and was told I’d receive it on Wednesday. When I asked for the tracking number It took over 12 hours to get it. I was only able to track the order after 2 days. When I asked why my package was going to Pietermaritzburg when it’s supposed to come to Pretoria she just said she’ll check and clearly didn’t and she’ll call the next day, I called Aramex the next day and they still said it was on it’s way there. When I asked the owner about this, I was so polite trying to figure out what’s happening, I got voice notes from her swearing at me calling me ****ing stupid because she runs a business and I’m not the only ****ing person she deals with... and kept shouting on the vn and eventually told me she doesn’t give a **** about my money and she will refund me... but nothing I still haven’t received my package nor have I received my money. Does anyone have her number that I can call her on?
