I took my car to get quoted last week Monday 16 May 2022, I have yet to receive my quote. I contacted them on the 18 May 2022, which I got told by Megan that she would send it through in the next 30 minutes. 19 May, still no quote so I attempt to call again, but no one to answer or call back after 6 attempts that day. Finally, I get in touch with Megan on the 20 May to which I get told again, the quote will be sent through in the next 30 minutes. Still no quote after 30 minutes, to which my mom decides to call Panel P&D and see what's going on. My mom gets told that I have given the wrong email address (which is fine if I did, I would have apologized), however, after my mom giving her 2 different email addresses as well as her number to be contacted through Whatsapp, but still no quote. It is now the 23 May 2022 and STILL NO QUOTE. This is unacceptable as my insurance claim is now being delayed.
