Administration not in order - wrongly accused
I have been spammed by several demands via email phone calls and SMS messages to pay an account directly to Pantheon for an account with a school which is not in arrears. Pantheon's administration is not in order and wrongly accusing someone and demanding payments where there is no arrears can lead to discredit and a series of unfortunate events due to lack of competence and checking of accounts. Sort out your administration.

Pantheon's administration is not in order and wrongly accusing someone and demanding payments where there is no arrears can lead to discredit and a series of unfortunate events due to lack of competence and checking of accounts. Sort out your administration.

poor service and incorrect information
I fail to see the purpose on this below email , I have telephonically brought to your attention my payment records so that you can consolidate and balance your books correctly . This is now expressing your level of disrespect . In your own words you said the schools are closed and you don’t have the most recent financial records . I then suggested that you do your math as soon as the schools open . July invoice is billed on the 1st which is today , excluding it I need to be in credit of R270.00 as the last payment made is Dated 27-06-2019 for R1000 which is not even reflecting on the attached statement you sent . As soon as that payment is allocated it needs to bring the July invoice to R570.00 which I will pay on the 25-06-2019 ( our salary dates are not common & the school always needs fees to be fully paid by the month of November , its July now for God’s sake ) I will not continue to bother myself with your incompetency , I will just write a detailed review and you and your superiors will handle it from there . Next time you get your records straight before you irate us with unnecessary calls and till then please refrain from the below , find all attached proof of payments .update your records and stop being a nuisance . Send us email Sms And calling NB : what’s the whole point of sending proof of payments to : finance@parkhurstprimary.org.za , its not an effective method , @Parkhurst Primary School please see to it that I don’t get annoying calls from your debt collectors , I have a long payment history with the school and at no point I have had such a problem , there are t***** issues and none payers that you should be dealing with .
