Park Station service

Most horrific service from the ushers to the security. My phone battery died and I was looking for a place to charge so I can request. After requesting the meter taxi people made me take out my luggage from the Uber because “they’re not allowed to pick us up” OUTSIDE THE PREMISES by the way. They were being rude and aggressive towards me. Bear in mind I am a young female, if something would have happened to me because they wanted me to stand outside. What a horrible place for us who use park station to come to and from when travelling. What kind of service is this?!! Disgusting.
