I was interested in a property advertised and to find out what other properties they had. rude agent, super dismissive. I would monitor your agents calls. Im a serious buyer that will now intentionally avoid Park Village Auctions.

On 8 July 2025 I registered and took part in an auction held at Boksburg Johannesburg by parkvillageauctions.co.za upon collection of the vehicle that I purchased I noticed that the left rear door, antenna and fuel cap where not working. That was not indicated on the lot which I personally feel that I was ****med. When I reported this to one of the staff members at Boksburg I was told that I was going to lose my deposit if I don't buy the car I had bid for.

I bought now 3 ABSA repossessed cars from Park Village Auctions in PE the past 6 months. Now for the third time NCO was never send to traffic department resulting in me not being able registering the vehicle in my name. They keep on making excuses with no result. Stuck again with purchase I made before Father's day.

According to the terms and conditions of park village vehicle auctions you should pay in a deposit of R7000.00 To be able to bid on vehicles that are on auction. i managed to bid on 1 vehicle which i purchased, there after when i tried bidding on the next vehicle i was blocked from biding on more vehicles. i than made contact with Desiree who than informed me because i am a first time buyer that i need to pay more deposit in order to bid on more vehicles. she also told me that she would open my buyer number to buy one more vehicle which she did not, while i arrange the balance of the deposit for more vehicles. due to their inefficiency of not opening my buyer number to 1 more vehicle like she mentioned and also not disclosing upfront that i need more deposit i lost vehicles that i intended on purchasing. i feel that the i received very disgusting service due to the lack of communication from park village auctioneer employees. my advise to people and dealers is do your homework properly before purchasing from park village

In January, my wife and I were ****med by two employees of Park Village Auctions. Bokamosa Shebe (068 490 4209) and Elmarie van Deventer (073 496 7314). Bokamosa sent me pictures of a trailer we wanted to buy. He also sent me an invoice with the VAT number, Registration number, company logo, contact information and banking details. I phoned the number to confirm that the details were indeed correct. Elmarie confirmed all the details. After the payments were made, I was sent a pin location to collect the trailer. Upon arrival, the security guard informed me that the premises were only used for storage and not for vehicle sales or collection. I lost a lot of money, and they refused to answer any of my calls.

I participate on an auctions on the 7 May 2024 for absa. Due to technical issues, I bidded on a wrong car and immediately called them to advice them of the error. I was told to that I won't get my deposit of R7000 , either I pay for the car that I mistakenly won or forfeit my deposit. I was told by the white lady I spoke to on that day that I must call them back the following day, I did call and no one bothered to answer my calls. Now I'm calling to enquire about my deposit. I'm told its forfeited and car cancelled. These people are bunch of ****** and ****** towards black people. They shout at you and don't even give u a chance to explain. Avoiding bidding with them at all costs.
