Outstanding service from Parkas South Africa
I am so impressed with the service from Parkas South Africa. I ordered an item yesterday and it was delivered via courier this morning. Parkas keep me fully informed as the status of the delivery with regular updates and tracking. Kudus to them.

Exceptional service
I ordered online yesterday. Delivery times per their website was 2-5 working days. It arrived this morning. Product looks good, might be a bit early to tell if they are comfy as they're still in the box :)

Great customer service excellent product
If you ever want to have a great online buying experience this is the place to go. Product was too big, returned at supplier cost and re shipped replacement speedily. Good product. Will be back for second purchase. Thank you

SUPPORT THIS COMPANY EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY JACKETS.
This company cares. Ordered an XXL as Suprise present for nephew going to Canada in a week's time. When he fitted it, it was unfortunately too big. The quality of these jackets is AMAZING. I contacted Wicus via email and logged a return and within 4 days the old jacket was picked up and a XL jacket was dropped off to be in time for nephews' departure. Please support these guys. The jacket is going to last for years, and I am very, very impressed with this company.

Going above and beyond
Ordered Sheepskin slippers from them. Delivery was next day but problematic initially. Wicus van der Westhuizen and team went way beyond the normal call of duty and what could be reasonably be expected from them to resolve the challenge. Thank you very much
