Inscrupulous Company

Parklands Letting are unscrupulous to say the least. They (Brenda) have purposefully stalled the letting out of a house in order to ensure that they can try and keep a large portion of the deposit by claiming it for the new agents commission and that is just the start - there is no interest calculation on the deposit, they never serviced the tenant during the course of occupation. After seeing the amount of bad reviews that this company has, I do not understand how they can still be in business. We are tackling all issues with the Rental Tribunal but yes based on other complaints on Hello Peter - our lawyer will definitely be involved as well. As for the landlord who makes use of this company - also going to tackle.
