I am halfway through my lease agreement with Parklands Letting. Today I was informed by Brenda van Altana that if I found someone to take over my lease agreement, she would release my from my lease agreement.

I let everyone in my circle of friends and acquaintances know, and one person said he was very keen to take over the lease from 1 February. When he called her, she referred him to another empty property "that will suit his needs better".

Effectively she has filled an empty stock *and* has me locked into the lease agreement.

I have never met a more unscrupulous, devious, and downright unethical agent in my entire life, and I have dealt with many.

I am incredibly angry and feel that she should release me from the rest of my lease since she used my lead to fill another property.
