Worst In The Business

Absolute nightmare team to deal with. No water in the apartment when we moved in. Place was infested with roaches. Holes in every wall of the aprtment. Two out of 7 rooms (2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, lounge/dining area) in the apartment had working lights. Shower in the one bathroom has no running water. Toilet in en suite literally comes loose from the wall. Majority of plugs do not work. Stove top was broken. When maintenance finally came in to put globes in the light fixures, they threw the broken fixtures on the floor/bed and left it there. There was animals living in the roof, we were told to just wait it out. Lastly, there a leak in the main bedroom roof. Was told that they cannot do anything about it now. They have concern for their tennants and even less for any structural damage.
