Avoid

I was looking for an apartment in Cape town and found their ad on GumTree.

Wanting to proceed with the application form they sent, I noticed the application had the name "Parkson Properties Group" on it. This was unusual and so I asked the "agent" who's ad it was on GumTree, "Jeremy". In response I was told I was wrong, that that is their company, and that I should just continue with the application (R1000 admin Fee).

Upon investigating I found that the company, who's application they're using is an American company based in Texas, completely unaffiliated with "Parkson Aim Realtors".

I also asked more credible companies whether they were aware of "Parkson Aim Realtors", they were not.

When I mentioned this to the "agent" he called me a "Big Fool" and proceeded to block me. I highly recommend you steer clear.
