Parktown stores incomplete order.

I purchased a combo deal from the parktown stores website (parktownstores.co.za). According to the website the combo consists of 1 pair of pants, 1 jacker and 2 shirts. I however only received one of the two shirts. After contacting the store they refused to admit their mistake and send the second shirt or give me a partial refund.

This is not how you treat paying customers.
