Pathetic services from Parkvia & Airways parking services, DON'T USE THEM
Hi Parkvia/ Airways parking services this was a terrible experience for us. We tried calling our service provider, who had his cell phone off. we made our way to the drop off location hoping that he will be there. nobody there to meet us. We had to make other arrangements to have our car parked. I tried cancelling the booking but your website won't allow that. i chatted to Parkvia staff on the website and sent customer service an email. No response. I demand a full refund plus the additional costs of R350.00 for having our car parked. I will be loading this review on Google /Hellopeter and other social media sites to warn people not to use your service. Regards Arshaad
